FLAG FOOTBALL
Middle School Flag Football is open to students in 6th - 8th grade. Our team competes against other local private & public school teams. Practices will take place at CCS on Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays from 3:00 - 5:00pm. The first practice will be on August 13.

Practices will take place from 3:00-5:00 at the CCS field on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Equipment needed by students are good cleats and a water bottle. It is also highly recommended to have a pair of gloves, sunglasses and a mouth piece.
Our first official practice is August 13th, and the deadline to sign up is Monday August 17th, after this day no sign ups are allowed.
There will be two early practices for those interested in getting a head start in preparing for the season August 10th and 11th at 3:00pm-4:30pm on the CCS field.
Athletic Participation
As a member, FHSAA requires that the same paperwork be completed for every CCS Middle School and High School Athlete. Each athlete must have a current Physical Form (EL2) and the Consent Form (EL3) on file through Final Forms.
For PEP & homeschooling athletes, additional forms are required. See the Final Forms link for more information.
Final Forms is the program we are using for our athletic paperwork. The program allows parents to register students, upload forms into the system and roll over the information from year to year. This program ensures paperwork isn’t misplaced and parents can keep the originals. Please do not turn in FHSAA paperwork to the school or the coaches.

All athletes must have the required FHSAA Paperwork submitted prior to a student-athlete being eligible to participate in conditioning, practices or games.
Cost per sport is $185 for full-time CCS students. The fee for CEO, PEP & Homeschool students is $350 per sport.
