FLAG FOOTBALL
Middle School Boys Flag Football is open to boys in 6th - 8th grade. This year’s league is comprised of Community Leadership Academy, Trinity Catholic, Renaissance Academy, Christ Classical Academy, and CCS. Practices will take place at CCS on Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays from 3:00 - 4:30.

Athletic Participation
As a member, FHSAA requires that the same paperwork be completed for every CCS Middle School and High School Athlete. Each athlete must have a current Physical Form (EL2) and the Consent Form (EL3) on file through Final Forms.
For PEP & homeschooling athletes, additional forms are required. See the Final Forms link for more information.
Final Forms is the program we are using for our athletic paperwork. The program allows parents to register students, upload forms into the system and roll over the information from year to year. This program ensures paperwork isn’t misplaced and parents can keep the originals. Please do not turn in FHSAA paperwork to the school or the coaches.

All athletes must have the required FHSAA Paperwork submitted prior to a student-athlete being eligible to participate in conditioning, practices or games.
Cost per sport is $185 for full-time CCS students. The fee for CEO, PEP & Homeschool students is $300 per sport.
