INTRAMURALS
Elementary Intramurals is a great way for students to learn teamwork, sport fundamentals and have fun all at the same time. Please contact the Athletic Department athletics@myccs.org, for more information.
Who: Open to only CCS elementary students in Kindergarten - 5th grade
What: Learn various skills and fundamentals in the sport of your choice. Each participant will receive 5-6 sessions of instruction and game play followed by one final game day at 2:00pm with the whole elementary school cheering.
When: Wednesdays and Fridays from 3:15 - 4:30 for 3-4 weeks with a game day on the last Friday of the session. Game days are always at 2:00pm
Students will be picked up from the pavilion and taken to practice at 3:00pm. After School students will return to After School program immediately following practice.

Cost: $49 for each sport played. All participants will receive an intramurals t-shirt that can be used for any sport.
Where: All activities will take place on the CCS Field.

Athletic Participation
As a member, FHSAA requires that the same paperwork be completed for every CCS Middle School and High School Athlete. Each athlete must have a current Physical Form (EL2) and the Consent Form (EL3) on file through Final Forms.
For PEP & homeschooling athletes, additional forms are required. See the Final Forms link for more information.
Final Forms is the program we are using for our athletic paperwork. The program allows parents to register students, upload forms into the system and roll over the information from year to year. This program ensures paperwork isn’t misplaced and parents can keep the originals. Please do not turn in FHSAA paperwork to the school or the coaches.

All athletes must have the required FHSAA Paperwork submitted prior to a student-athlete being eligible to participate in conditioning, practices or games.
Cost per sport is $185 for full-time CCS students. The fee for CEO, PEP & Homeschool students is $300 per sport.
