I attended CCS from 3rd through 9th grade. These years were formative and played a major part in shaping who I am today. I developed deep friendships, received care and mentorship from teachers, built confidence, and learned the joy of serving God and others.
Some of my fondest memories are Chapel time with Mrs. Hughes, the Middle School Retreat, pickup soccer games during lunch, and involvement in musicals and athletics. I finished my last three years of high school at Maclay (CCS didn’t have a full high school at the time). I then attended the US Air Force Academy for college and received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Upon graduation, I served in the Air Force as a Civil Engineer Officer for 6 years. Over the last several years, I have had the privilege of using my experience in the Air Force to teach the 5th-grade students (at CCS) how to properly raise, lower, and carry the flag.
Currently, I serve as Manager - Traffic Operations for the City of Tallahassee and am married to my wife of 16 years, Karina. God has blessed us with three beautiful daughters and one son. We attend Grace Church of Tallahassee, and enjoy spending time as a family camping, hiking, and biking.
